Ashley Grace Jefferson is the founder of Ashley Grace Consultancy, where she helps early-stage founders pursue market fit by centering their customers and business context from a product management perspective.

She holds a Business degree from Seton Hall University and an MBA from NYU Stern. Ashley began her career in finance at Prudential and transitioned to product management, leading innovative teams at Prudential and JP Morgan.

She also created Founders, Funders, & Fractionals (F3), a community dedicated to enhancing the startup ecosystem through strategic use of fractional talent and high-ROI educational and networking experiences.

Ashley is a proud NJ resident and enjoys almost anything on Bravo and Netflix.
